Saudi Arabia enters the metaverse into the housing sector

The Head of the Solutions Sector at the National Housing Company, Eng. Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql, explained that “Sakani Metaverse” is a new window to expand in the areas of serving the beneficiaries, and improve their experience in owning a home without the need for field visits, as the National Housing Company worked to develop it, using emerging technologies, keeping pace with global trends.

And he indicated that “Sakani Metaverse” is an interactive technology that will contribute to raising the level of quality of life, by showing the beneficiaries the various housing options, and enabling them to simulate reality in reviewing owners’ associations and the rental supply.

 It will also provide new horizons for cooperation and investment with partners from real estate developers, real estate brokers, and service providers. at their various levels and areas of coverage, and to serve the beneficiaries who number more than (6) million in the various real estate platforms operated by the National Housing.

Al-Aql emphasized that “Sakani Metaverse” will contribute to exploring innovative and marketing opportunities for residential products, and increasing the quality of life by creating service channels that transcend the time and geographical barrier, targeting and reaching the customer, as it will serve the beneficiaries in the “Owners Associations” concerned with enhancing the quality of life of the community in the neighborhoods and suburbs.
